Holiday Shipping Deadlines
Knitted Sweaters: Orders must be placed by November 15
All Other Items: Orders must be placed by December 10
Christmas delivery cannot be gauranteed for orders place outside of these deadlines
Return Policy
All our products are printed to order through a direct-to-garment (DTG) printing process. This process requires a fixation agent that helps the ink bond with the fabric (without it, the ink would flake off the garment). While this agent is not permanent, it can leave discolored spots/marks along with a vinegar-like smell. Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent, and both should go away after one wash.
For any discolored marks/spots on printed apparel, please allow for one washing before requesting a replacement.
If any item arrives damaged, misprinted, or has any other error, please contact us for a replacement at no charge! We have a 14 day replacement policy on damaged or misprinted apparel only!

There are no refunds or returns for customer errors in ordering. Since everything is printed on demand, we don’t have storage or inventory to exchange an item.
Please make sure to double check the size guide before ordering to make sure your apparel fits perfectly.
